1. Authority to represent the business
By submitting a claim, you confirm that you are the owner, manager or other person authorised to represent the business. RoveFox may verify that authority using public business contact details, the information you provide or other reasonable checks.
A claim remains pending until approved. Submitting a claim does not by itself create ownership rights, verification status or access to private business information.
2. Accurate profile information
You are responsible for keeping information you submit accurate, lawful and current, including contact details, programs, fees, timings, availability, coaches, facilities, offers and photos. You must not state or imply qualifications, affiliations, approvals or availability that the business cannot substantiate.
RoveFox may review, reject, correct, unpublish or request evidence for information where there is a trust, safety, legal or data-quality concern. Sensitive identity, ownership, primary contact and verification changes may require manual review.
3. Claim, verification and membership badges
A claimed profile means an authorised user has been approved to manage it. A claimed profile is not automatically RoveFox Verified. Verification is a separate status based on RoveFox verification rules.
A Founding Member badge indicates a paid membership relationship. It does not certify quality, safety, performance or verification.
4. Free profile and Founding Membership
A free claimed profile provides the capabilities identified on RoveFox. The initial Founding Membership experiment is priced at ₹999 per month, with the exact plan, entitlements, billing status and any applicable charges shown at checkout or in the business dashboard.
The controlled pilot offers 90-day recorded profile and contact/trial engagement insights for your own business. Basic Profile and existing free dashboard capabilities remain free. Additional photos, batches, offers, automated follow-up, promotion rotation and monthly reports are not included in this pilot offer.
5. No guaranteed leads or ranking
Membership does not guarantee a minimum number of leads, enquiries, views, calls, trials, customers, revenue, Google ranking or ranking in any AI/search product. Organic RoveFox search ordering is based on relevance and data-quality rules rather than secretly boosting businesses because they paid.
Any future sponsored, featured or promoted placement will be labelled separately from organic discovery.
6. Payments, renewal and failed payments
Membership payments are processed through RoveFox's payment provider. RoveFox does not store raw card or bank credentials. A membership is activated only after server-side payment confirmation.
Renewal, cancellation, failed-payment and expiry behaviour follows the subscription status shown by RoveFox and the payment provider. Paid-only benefits may be removed after a subscription becomes cancelled, expired or otherwise inactive, subject to any stated grace period. Exceptional refunds or billing corrections are handled case by case and do not create an automatic refund right beyond rights provided by applicable law.
7. Enquiries and lead handling
Where your plan includes trial enquiries, RoveFox may share consumer contact and request information with authorised users for the selected business. You may use that information only to respond to the relevant enquiry, provide the requested service and perform related legitimate customer follow-up in accordance with applicable law and the consumer's consent.
You must protect lead information, restrict access to authorised staff, avoid unrelated spam and update lead status honestly where the product provides that capability.
8. Business content licence
You retain ownership of content you are entitled to provide, such as business photos, logos and descriptions. You grant RoveFox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the RoveFox service and your listing while the content remains authorised for use.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit, including rights relating to trademarks, photography and identifiable people.
9. Prohibited business conduct
- Impersonating another business or claimant.
- Submitting fake reviews, fake availability, fake credentials or misleading offers.
- Using consumer enquiry data for unrelated bulk marketing without required consent.
- Attempting to manipulate RoveFox Score, search ordering, analytics or billing.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, malicious, unsafe or deceptive content.
- Using RoveFox in a way that violates applicable consumer, advertising or privacy law.
10. Suspension and termination
RoveFox may restrict management access, remove content, suspend a profile or terminate a business relationship where reasonably necessary for fraud, impersonation, repeated data quality failures, non-payment, abuse, legal compliance, security or material breach of these Business Terms. Where appropriate, we may request clarification or corrective action before taking a final step.
11. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how RoveFox handles personal information. If you receive consumer enquiry data through RoveFox, you are independently responsible for your own lawful handling of that data after receipt.
12. Disclaimers and liability
RoveFox provides a discovery, visibility and enquiry platform and does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular commercial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoveFox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunity, arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Business Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law and changes
These Business Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory forum required by applicable law, disputes are subject to the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
RoveFox may update these Business Terms as the product, membership or legal requirements evolve. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated in a reasonable manner where required.
