1. What RoveFox provides
RoveFox is a discovery and visibility platform. It helps people compare structured information about sports, fitness and related active-life businesses and provides ways to contact or send an enquiry to a selected business.
RoveFox is not the operator of the listed gym, academy, studio, venue, coach or other business unless a page expressly says otherwise. We do not provide the underlying training, coaching, medical, fitness, facility or venue service.
2. Listing information and availability
We aim to publish accurate, source-backed information and clearly identify information that has not been confirmed. However, fees, schedules, facilities, coaches, trial availability, open slots and other business details can change. You should confirm any important detail directly with the business before travelling, paying or participating.
Search order and RoveFox Score are discovery/readiness tools, not guarantees of quality, safety, availability, ranking or a particular customer outcome.
3. Contact, WhatsApp and trial enquiries
When you click Call, WhatsApp or a third-party website link, you are choosing to contact or visit that destination directly. When you submit a RoveFox trial enquiry, you authorise RoveFox to store the request and share it with the specific business you selected so that business can respond.
An enquiry is not a reservation, confirmed trial slot or acceptance by the business. RoveFox does not guarantee that a business will respond or have availability.
4. Children and guardians
RoveFox may list activities intended for children, but minors should not independently submit personal information or enter commercial arrangements through RoveFox. A parent or guardian should make enquiries and decisions for a child and should verify safeguarding, supervision, trainer credentials and venue suitability directly with the provider.
5. Health, fitness and participation risk
Sports and fitness activities can involve physical risk. RoveFox content is for discovery and informational purposes and is not medical, health or professional training advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you or a participant and for obtaining professional advice where needed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use RoveFox to:
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent or impersonating information;
- harass listed businesses, consumers or RoveFox personnel;
- scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service in an unauthorised manner;
- upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious or harmful material;
- circumvent access controls, claim verification or payment controls.
7. Intellectual property
The RoveFox name, brand, design, software, original editorial content and platform structure are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Business names, trademarks and content belonging to listed businesses remain the property of their respective owners. You may use RoveFox for ordinary personal discovery but may not copy or republish substantial parts of the service for a competing database or commercial service without permission.
8. Third-party services
RoveFox may link to websites, maps, phone, WhatsApp, payment providers and other external services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent terms, content, availability or practices.
9. Service changes and suspension
We may add, remove, correct or suspend features, listings or access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, data quality, maintenance or product changes. We may remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, abusive or inconsistent with these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
RoveFox is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free data, business response, suitability of a provider or a particular fitness, commercial or discovery outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoveFox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or an independent provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. By submitting an enquiry, you should also read the consent shown on the enquiry form before sending it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or forum required by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as RoveFox evolves. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Continuing to use RoveFox after an updated version takes effect means the updated Terms apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
